When will I receive my KEY ONE soles?

By pre-ordering your KEY ONE soles, you’ll be sure to receive them in winter. Just in time to enjoy it at the beginning of the winter season.

Why do I have to wait so long to receive my KEY ONE?

We implemented this pre-order system to ensure the product’s launch. By providing access to a major innovation in the world of athletics, we wanted to be able to measure the craze in order to adapt our manufacturing and delivery process and thus offer you the best service.

Can I change my KEY ONE color before the end of the pre-order?
Yes, one of the advantages of pre-orders is to offer you access to new models. You can choose to receive a different color than the one you selected for your pre-order, but also change your size or add one or more pairs to your order.

The first KEY ONE soles are designed for sprint, middle-distance, long jump and pole vault spikes (all brands combined). We want to offer our KEY ONE soles to all athletes using athletic spikes. Whether you’re a triple jumper, high jumper or javelin thrower, you deserve just as much to take advantage of this innovation and thus facilitate your off-track walk.

Can we choose the color of our KEY ONE?

If you’ve already ordered your KEY ONE soles, you’ll be able to access new colors. Once your order is registered, we will get back to you to let you know your options.
Otherwise, you can already choose your color from the colors available for the 2021 collection. To see them, go to the Shop.

Can I run with my KEY ONE?

THE KEY ONE insoles were originally created to allow athletes to walk comfortably off the track, while reducing the wear of their spikes. Therefore, they were not designed to run. However, following a few user tests, we have been able to see the quality of the soles’ grips on the tips, which can indeed allow athletes to trott the soles to the feet. (unsecured benefit)

Can I pay with an Amex or with Paypal?

You can pay with an Amex card but the Paypal paiement is not availaible yet.

Can I combined two discount coupons?

No, only one coupon will allow you to get a discount.

How can I use my discount coupon?

To enjoy the promo code, select your item with the appropriate parameters (sizes, quantity), then add it to your cart. Once in the cart, enter the coupon code in the space provided and click on “Apply Coupon Code”. You will then see the total amount of the cart being modified.

How can I unsubscribe?

To unsubscribe go to the bottom of an email that you received from Keyena and click on the unsubscribe link.

Where can I find my order?

Go to “My Account” and then click on the “Orders” tab.
